Hey! I love your fitness videos and you're truly an inspiration. Really quick: I want to keep lifting weights, but I feel I have a mesomorph body so I bulk up a lot. I don't want that to discourage me, but what do you think the weight limit should be for full body weight workouts? I've got about 15-18% body fat, if that helps and I'm a 5'8" 21 year old girl who works out regularly, if that helps. Thanks!

Thanks. I have clients like you. With them I use TRX suspension training (your own body weight) with cardio or high reps with low weights (this varies by individual) also mixed in with cardio. Hope this helps.
