I get the meaning, but disagree with food being fuel. Food is pleasurable and it’s been my experience that many people who try to ignore that fact or act as if it doesn’t exist are setting themselves up for failure. Life was meant to be enjoyed. It is upon us to learn temperance and self-control. That’s where true strength lies.

Each & everyday I wonder what it would be like if...
Some things just touch you and are hard to ignore…I can’t imagine what it would be like to have grown-up without a mother and father. And, when I look into my children’s eyes, I can’t imagine not being there for them. But, for what it’s worth, I do imagine that you are a very strong person.

I don't want that to discourage me, but what do you think the weight limit should be for full body weight workouts? I've got about 15-18% body fat, if that helps and I'm a 5'8" 21 year old girl who works...

Anonymous asked: do you have a beginner's weight lifting routine i can do? unfortunately i don't have much to work with, i can invest in adjustable weights but that's about the best i can do. as for cardio i'm starting the couch to 5k workout before it gets warmer. any suggestions for improvement on both? thank you!
